yes u can, if u have broadband (dsl, cable, T lines) u can play HALO online over gamespy, through ur xbox. thats what i do. u just have to have a router, and connect ur computer, and ur xbox to the router. then access gamespy on ur comptuer, join a game, and it joins u up on it on your xbox

ok for HALO online, it doesnt use xbox live, just ur regular internet line, no the microphone doesnt work, cause its technically not xbox live hosted, wish it did though . but umm, with gamespy, u can play almost any game that has multiplayer on it over the internet.
