Ask iiry to do it before shutting the account then, or get him to fix the account altogether. You'll have to post the entire issue in the support forum, last i knew its the only forum Iiry reads.

Yeah, That bug seems to be getting worse and worse this year. Unfortunately, your only option to escape it is going into the real arena and quickly joining a friendly clan.

If I’m not mistaken, at this moment Apocalypse, RedRum and the Shadow Hive are accepting new members. Not sure of the wisdom of joining Apocalypse though, Previous new members seem to have had... problems.
