Anyone know what the lower number of planets are for the repopulation to kick in? We're at 6k and it looks to be dropping fast, but I know that professor/iiri put in some code a LONG time ago to have a repopulation kick in at some lower level.

I have this feeling that this lower bound is 6k.

Expecting near-buys to pop up to hit, but none showing.

There is a normal regeneration rate. At one time it was 1 SPC system every 10 minutes. The current planet level leads me to believe there is a hard cap on minimum at 6k.

I can speak to Iiri about increasing the rate for awhile to repopulate abit faster?

to be honest it was in the low 5k a few rounds back, then got really high when people were slacking..

Although I'd love to see a lot more player planets,
too many spcs are just annoying.
