i am just wondering if i can legally use a dock that i built... it docks with the skylords browser and it provides outside linkage to familiar areas of the web site...

i was just wondering about the legality of this device... i can send you a copy via e-mail for review if you wish (i would prefer as that would give you the full idea)

it is not a preformance enhancer but a lag avoidance device, as you can click the links and controls without having to wait for the page to display them... omit the very commands them self...

meaning that you cannot click one of my links and tell your ship to attack the adjacent ship, but it would take you to the screen to do so...

What's a dock? How did you make it? What does it do? Your information isn't clear. I just want to know because I am learning Visual Basic and it is really hard to create a program similar to Digiat's plus some of my own features. Digiat if you read this can you send me the code for the transparent window with the Functions and subs. Can't implement this somehow.

By the way Digiat your password program on it is really powerful...I'm trying to find something like that as well.

i didnt know someone else had a prgram out like this... mine is probly similar to digiats, which this answers my questions about legality...

but what i mean about dock is that it is an assistance program that alows you to have a smaller window attached to the skylords window, and it's links are not disturbed by the loading of the page.... meaning you can click them as fast as you want... and get things done as fast as you can click (omit the fact that you have to wait for a send signal *the information you attempt to send to the skylords server is sent when the page begins to load again...*)

I was wanting someone to test this out... so pm me with your e-mail and i can e-mail you the program... it is less than 10k so it isnt a big DL *edit: i mean ragnorok... so him alone if he wishes... i'de raher not have to send it to more people just yet*

digiat's program is a program that is used to organize where you planets are in the uni, where your enemies planets are (that you know), also it helps with watching the news and give a calculator on how much you need to make a jump or something like that. Digiat's program is not like you are talking about, i believe.

Thanx for the info WS. Ummmm the things i want in my prog are:
-Probing in line, random, cube, around a planet, and something similar to cwpick1's way of probing.
-Transparent box like hers
-Nearby calculator
-how far planets and ships are from each other.

I'm currently learning the process of VB. I'll probably finish the whole program in 1 or 2 years. Or if i get too frustrated i'll give up VB and this whole project.
