This warp thing is out of hand.
I will return but for now I just quit out of fustrantion that failure to fix the warp has caused me.

Warp is now fixed. Sorry about the problems caused by it, but now is back to every 15 minutes as it was originally intended to be.

Took me longer than I thought to learn how to edit and recompile cron job files. The cron job compile system is amazingly sensitivity to very silly little differences in format and text. I was suprised how difficult it was to get this to work, but the fix in the end turned out to be a relatively simple but not obvious minor change in formatting to make it work.
