i say let it be a warning to some other people that have used some luanguage that is not cursing but trying to be insulting and rude. one person in mind is alpha code. i saw a posted to a topic of his that was just childish. if i was a moderator i would have just deleted it and sent him a PM that it was not appropiate. later the post was deleted by some one. i wonder if he got a PM warning thou?

Player diversity? So if someone from NY swears he should be given multiple chances (as Neggy has been) but if someone from say... Bel Air (using an example from the Fresh Prince, sorry if this is not correct, we hear little about the good of American culture here, too busy concentrating on your armed forces) swears he should be suspended immediately because it is not part of their culture? No, rules should be applied evenly to all.

5) I'm not sure of the meaning of that rule, but I'd say it's an intellectual right not to be cursed at etc... and I'd see the person who reported the offence as the third party because the post was made in the clan forum, so clan is 2nd party and individual player is 3rd party.

6) Understand that you might, but it is still against rule 3 concerning abusive material. The Terms of Use there cover the site against legal action if someone does break rules 3 or 4 (in my opinion) but does NOT allow the actions to take place without punishment.

Rules 3 and 4 prevent things from happening, rule 6 covers the site in the event that rules 3 and 4 are severly broken by a player.

VS you nearly gave me a heart attack then .

It is a good point to make though, have you seen any Prof of the offence Prof? Although it was stated that PMs were also reported so I suppose if multiple offences were reported by different players there can be little doubt that the incident took place.

VS - As for your question:

1. Offense was reported. Twice.

2. Offense was verified in clan forum.

3. Message was posted in clan forum about this situation and why action was taken.

4. While in clan forum, other examples of offensive topics where noticed. Warnings were sent. These topics were less offensive (F word was not used repeatedly as Neggy had done in his posts), but still violation of game rules.

5. How is this possible to do? Zygi included a feature in the game that allows the Game Administrator to see anything in any clan forum with click of one button and selecting clan. I have not used this button for a long time, but did use it a while back when there was another problem with a clan. Don't remember now what the problem was, but I think it was when a clan leader went inactive, so I posted something in clan forum at request of clan member to ask them to select new clan leader. Anyway, it is easy to do and will be used to check on any reported offenses in the future as well. I do not have any affiliations with any clan, and have no interest in contents of clan forum topics, other than to make sure game rules are observered and players are not subjected to offensive language. Why did Zygi create this feature? Probably for the same reason he has buttons to delete all posts and topics by a player and for the same reason he has various means of detecting multi account players. Zygi also wanted to be sure that game rules were being honored.

whoch of course resulted in his swearing, but if you cant defferenciate then sucks to be you....
and Negs doesnt get multiple chances..... I do belive hes had more accounts that anyother player on this game lol..... and by player I mean ppeople who know how to actually play.......

How so? Don't state that someone is wrong and not back it up?

If something led to Neggys swearing then why differentiate between it? It makes no difference what caused him to swear, just that he does.

He has had many chances, when Prof first took control of the game he tried to reform Neggys swearing, multiple times he swore and was forgiven.

and It the rule Means...... and I know this because its a spin off form the National right of free speech.... that you should infringe upon what someone has to say other than whats prohibbited by the other rukles..... that is swearing..... thats why I was soo madd when "people" started deleting my posts that they didnt agree with.... though there was no cursing or vulgarity..... as for "offensive". thats a very broad term...... and Im Sure Neggyu was very "Offended" by the actions of the complainee..... so I suggest that you take offensive to mean universally offensive..... which Cursing is NOT....... ......


and the Reason why he sweared is Very IMPORTANT.... and that determines..... the degree of severoty of his actions.....
