I do not know if Neggy will be back. He is hard to get to leave, but he was very upset about a clan member complaining about his swearing being offensive. He also increased his swearing dramatically after being warned about it, both in PMs as well as in clan forums. I have had multiple complaints of increasing offensiveness of behavior reported about swearing by Neggy in both PMs and in his clan forum. He has already been warned about both, and said I had not right to tell him what he can and can not say within a PM or within his clan.

He is wrong. The game has rules about what is acceptable behavior. I do not go looking for problems, but when complaints are received, and they prove to be valid upon investigation, I take action. Neggy is suspended, and may well have every IP address he has ever used banned if he comes back and does it again. Game rules will be taken seriously and enforced.

Also, I can see why Rukna and SmartFox were so upset, Neggy seems to have been supplying them with resources and assualts for rounds. You're not bothered about the rules, you're just annoyed that you'll have less assualts and troops.

Yes, there is regard for the majority of players, who want to comply with game rules.

As for legal liability disclaimer, regarding swearing, yes, multiple players have been subjected to Neggy's swearing. I will do the best that I can to enforce rules against swearing, but I can not provide perfect assurance of no foul language. However, I can provide as safe an environment as possible and make it clear that this type of behavior is not permitted in the game.

You don't like the rules, don't play the game. Go be multi and swear somewhere else. There are a lot of games where swearing is permitted and where you can have multi accounts also, so players who have a hard time with rules in SL should go find another place to play.

By the way, don't swear in PMs in Ogame either. They also suspend fast for swearing in PMs or in clan forums if there are any complaints, and even have a nice button there to refer any offensive post to game admins for review. We don't have that nice button, but we do have PMs to Prof, which are about as effective.

I just didn't see him ever swearing in public forums, so the harm was made to his clan members, not all the community, from which he was "separated"
