he attacks TS, so he is an enemy, if he`d not attack TS he`d no problems getting an NAP

When you say that you speak for all of TS, and I know for a fact that DarkViper wont accept a NAP just out of the blue. DarkViper has no qualms in killing any player, including active newbs, as is demonstrated in his defeating of many of my clan members. And what is worse.....he prides himself in doing so.

He does not care for the well-being of others, even at your word. He only cares for himself, which is why I dont understand why you keep him. Its like having spiral machine gun that fires one barrel at a time and in a random order. You never know if he is going to get you or not. Your English may not be good enough to understand that statement, but everyone who understands it will probably agree with me on that.

He cares for himself and TS, thats enough. And i spoke for digiat and me, we are the players of TS that attacked him for revenge. And u can get an NAP with Viper, u just have to know how to talk to him :-P
He wont take the last planet of an active noob, if he says that he wants to have a chance to survive, but only if that player has nevver attacked TS.
He also attacks no players that i put on the TS friends list. Only player that helped TS are on that list. So its as i said, if u are an enemy of TS u get hunted, if u are neutral u may get NAPs with most players, if u are a friend and help TS, u`ll be save.

if DarkViper captures anybodys planets then maybe that is his viewpoint. even paxius prided in being called newbie killer.

when I started playing my HW was taken n times by established players. 4 times it was captured when it was in the range of 12-13 mil. but since i liked the game i put lot of efforts to become what I am now.

so newbs who take liking to game will play. those who do not like this game will find some reason for whining and then quit. that is going to be the final reality. and if SL keeps on failing then newbs are not going to be attracted to this game in numbers that is for sure.

To get a NAP with your Clan is next to impossible so no one bothers

DArkViper is a Swarm player yes but he is a Lone player Also He advances himself as much as possible which i have no problem Against

Now this reyb Tryed to become a good player he attacked planets to get more troops like ALOT of players INCLUDING swarm players so stop preaching to them as your words say one thing Actions of your Clan say another

And also, it isnt that my members are falling and quitting all the time. I have at least the same 6 players in my clan as when it first started, just under new names. They do not quit, but they have been killed two or three times now each.

The only one not to be killed by DarkViper was.......I cant think of any right now, but the majority of my members have used the coordinates I post in our forum, a list now of about 60 all over the galaxy, and yet DarkViper still finds my members.

I have no problem with him playing, but I have heard them being in many different areas, yet he claims they all congregated in one area for him to attack. He may not come out and say it, but I think he wishes to take out all the newbs he can.

And before you say it, YES IT IS. Taking all the planets EXCEPT for the last one is a death sentence. Think about it, "Oops, I didnt mean to take your HW." That is half a sentence. The rest of it is, "I didnt notice I needed to pull out my experienced 500K Assault." Or if they weren't that productive, it still would make sense that if you really want active new players to survive you would allow them more than seven days of game time. I personally only got 4 Million defense in my first week of playing, and I wouldnt doubt if DarkViper was playing back then he would have said "I didnt mean to take your HW. You shouldnt have clustered your planets." I didnt cluster my planets back then, nor do my members when their resources allows extended I-Flights to a distant area.

Be careful who you speak up for, because to call DarkViper humane and just an active veteran is underestimating the span of his damage. He is, more than likely, taking all the planets he can find to turn his one planet empire from when he left to a 25 SYSTEM empire and obliterating 50+ planets in the process. Do you know how successful some people would be with an extra TEN planets? Imagine, he could have helped newbs so much by giving them planets and making them friends, which I have done on many occassions. I know you cannot share systems with players successfully as the nearby planet function is then made useless, but it doesnt mean he couldnt just allow someone to survive when they have more than three planets in their first week, showing that they actually play.

Getting a Nap with Swarm members is not impossible. When I was in TMB I had Naps with alomost all the Swarm players. Perseverence is key.
